Although he was not a very well known Pharaoh before Howard Carter discovered his unviolated tomb in 1922, Tutankhamun has become one of the most discussed of the Ancient Egyptians. Even so most people only aware of his treasures and know little of the life of a king who came to rule at the age of 9 and was dead by the age of 18. |
